We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before purchasing any digital products.
Digital Products
All products sold through The Practical Horse Owner are digital downloads.
No physical products are shipped.
Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to download your purchase.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed, as the item cannot be returned.
However, this does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
We will happily consider a refund if:
- You have been charged more than once for the same order.
- You experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading your purchase and we are unable to resolve it.
- You receive the wrong digital product.
- There is a fault with the product that cannot be resolved.
If you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Order Issues
If you do not receive your download email, please:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Contact us if you still cannot access your purchase.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.
Returns
As our products are supplied digitally, they cannot be physically returned.
For this reason, we do not accept returns on digital downloads.
Cancelling Your Purchase
Under UK consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel purchases made online.
However, for digital content supplied immediately after purchase, this right may no longer apply once you have agreed to immediate access to the download.
By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you acknowledge that you wish to receive the digital content immediately.
